Expressions of Interest

Introduction

Louth County Council is seeking affordable housing units in County Louth with particular focus on urban areas and other parts of County Louth where there is a need.

Louth County Council is therefore seeking expressions of interest from private developers and building contractors who can deliver completed units in County Louth.

These developments must be close to services and within walking distance of shops, schools and local amenities. Housing Design and Construction Standards must at a minimum meet the requirements of all relevant statutory planning and building control requirements.
