Welcome to the new e-planning system, which aims to modernise the processing and administration of planning applications.

You can now apply for a planning permission or make a submission online by following the links below:

Please Note: You must register first on the ePlanning Portal in order to make an application/submission.

Louth Local Authorities online planning systemsePlan is used to allow the public access information on the status of Planning applications submitted to Louth County Council, Dundalk Town Council and Drogheda Borough Council

Louth County Council has implemented a new intuitive map based planning application viewer. Users can enter a planning application number, location or applicant name into the search tool to find the records they are interested in. Users can also pick their preferred basemap with excellent quality satellite imagery available.

Users can also access the On Line Map Viewer which allows users to access mapped planning applications, enforcement notices and structures on the Record of Protected Structures for all of County Louth. 

Weekly Planning Email Service

Subscribe to Louth County Council's FREE Map Alerter service to receive a weekly notification email of any Planning activity relating to a location of interest. 
It only takes a couple of minutes to register and when doing so you specify a location(s) that you wish to receive alerts in relation to.
In addition to Planning alerts you can also choose to receive other types of alerts (e.g. Severe Weather).
