The St Nicholas' Church of Ireland Project aims to upgrade St Nicholas’ Church of Ireland in Dundalk (the Green Church) into a dual use music facility which will enable it to expand its ability to host and organise cross community musical activities and events, to take advantage of its wonderful acoustics – unique in the Dundalk area; and to break down the isolation that exists between communities who live beside each other and on both sides of the border but rarely meet each other in this cross border area.
