Good Relations Initiative

Delivered by Louth Volunteer Centre

The Good Relations Initiative was launched in December 2019.

It aimed to give young people a space to explore who they are and the place of young people in society. The programme focused on supporting young people to embrace diversity in society.

The programme empowered participants to become leaders in their own communities. Leading the way through volunteerism to promote inclusiveness and reduce inequalities, creating more peaceful and cohesive societies.

The project ran during the global pandemic caused by Covid 19, and both the facilitators and the participants showed tremendous innovation and creativity to allow the programme to continue and to be engaging.
