Over 100 Older Adults, One Incredible Day! 🌟 Age Friendly Louth was proud to be part of the Age Friendly Sports Day at the Sport Ireland Campus in Blanchardstown — and what a day it was! 🎉

More than 100 older adults from across the country came together to celebrate movement, connection and fun. From walking football and chair yoga to tug of war, dance and even a bit of friendly competition.

⚽🎶 Thank you to everyone who took part and represented Louth with such spirit. You’ve shown that staying active and social is for every age — and every stage. 💚
