Weather Alert Update

The Louth County Council, Severe Weather Assessment Team (SWAT) convened at 8am this morning, Monday, 12th December to review the arrangements by LCC in response to current Orange weather alert.  Gritting of the priority roads has been completed. Gritting of footpaths in the town centres of Dundalk, Drogheda and Ardee has been completed.  The SWAT will monitor the situation and will meet again this afternoon to review the latest weather forecast.  Updates will be available as follows:
