NOTICE OF THE PASSING OF RESOLUTION TO VARY THE RATE

OF LOCAL PROPERTY TAX

County Hall,

Millennium Centre,

Alphonsus Road,

Dundalk,

Co. Louth

 

In pursuance of the provisions of section 20 of the FINANCE (LOCAL PROPERTY TAX) ACT 2012 (as amended), I the undersigned, hereby notify the Minister for the Housing Planning and Local Government of the passing of a resolution at a meeting of the above mentioned local authority on 21st September 2020 to the effect that the basic rate of local property tax should stand without variation (zero percent increase or decrease) for the year 1st November 2020 to 31st October 2021 in respect of relevant residential properties situated in the local authority’s administrative area.
