Road Works Speed Limit Order

in accordance with Section 10(1) of the Traffic Act 2004,

To facilitate Narrow Water Bridge Project Construction.

Louth County Council hereby gives notice of making a Road Works Speed Limit Order, in accordance with Section 10(1) of the Road Traffic Act 2004, in the interest of road safety at the below location. Speed Limit of 50kph shall apply from 26th May 2026 to 25th May 2027 to the road length of the R173 between the coordinates as indicated below.
