Residential Zoned Land Tax (RZLT)

Louth County Council has published a final map of the land in scope for the Residential Zoned Land Tax (RZLT).

As recently announced, in Budget 2024, landowners of sites subject to RZLT will not be charged tax on those sites until 1 February 2025.

The RZLT map is reviewed and revised annually so there will be an opportunity for landowners to make submissions on a new draft map early next year.
