Presidential Election 2025 - Special Meeting

Louth County Council has invited three candidates who are seeking a nomination for the upcoming Presidential Election to present at a Special Meeting of the Council. 

Candidates Nick Delehanty, Keith McGrory and Gareth Sheridan each secured the required support of two local councillors to be considered as a potential nominee.

 The invited candidates must confirm their attendance and submit documentation confirming their eligibility before 12pm on Friday, 19th September.

 The Special Meeting will take place on Monday, 22nd September 2025 at 6:30pm, in the Council Chamber, County Hall, Dundalk, County Louth, A91 KFW6.
