Application Portal Open: Ballymakenny Park, Drogheda

The application portal for a new Affordable Housing Scheme at Ballymakenny Park, Drogheda is now live.

Louth County Council, in partnership with Castlethorn Construction, presents 10 new homes for sale at Ballymakenny Park, Ballymakenny Road, Drogheda, Co Louth.

Situated just 2.5km away from Drogheda town centre, Ballymakenny Park is a new development, located adjacent to the recently opened Port Access Northern Cross Route Road with direct access to the M1 Motorway and just 4km away from The M1 Retail Park.

All 10 homes are being made available for sale through the affordable purchase arrangements, under the Affordable Housing Act 2021 and associated regulations.

The application portal went live on Monday 10th February 2025 at 10am and closes at 5pm on Monday 3rd March 2025.
