Teddy Bears’ Picnic Storytime: The Secret Society of the Teddy Bears Association will be holding their annual" Teddy Bears Picnic" in Dunleer Library on Wednesday 1st July at 3:00pm. Recommended for children aged 3-8 years and all must be accompanied and supervised by an adult for the duration of the event. Bring a favourite teddy along for a magical picnic adventure. All are welcome to attend, there is no booking required.
Unicorns & Dinosaurs Art & Craft: Join us in Dunleer Library on Friday 3rd July at 3:00pm for a magical afternoon of creativity as we bring Dinosaurs & Unicorns to life! Perfect for little creators aged 4–8 years, this fun session will be packed with colour, imagination, and crafty fun! All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult for the duration of the event. Booking is essential, please contact Dunleer Library on 041-6859016 to book your child's place.
Summer Solstice Ukulele Songs: Please join us in Dunleer Library on Tuesday 7th July at 11:00am for a morning of Summer Solstice Songs performed by the fantastic Dunleer Men's Shed Ukulele group. All welcome to attend, there is no booking required.
Dinosaur Pie and Comics with Alan O’Rourke: Join us in Dunleer Library on Wednesday 8th July at 10:00am for a fun-filled comics session designed especially for children aged 7-10 years. From character design and panel layout to timing, kids will unleash their creativity while honing their drawing and writing skills. In this hands-on session, young artists will learn the art of storytelling through three-panel comics. For fans of Dog Man and Bunny Vs Monkey. Children are to bring their favourite Joke, story or pick one on the day and we will turn it into a comic. Places are limited and booking is essential.
