Bilingual Storytime with Fiona Dowling: Come along to Dunleer Library on Thursday 1st October at 3:00pm and hear French-Irish storyteller, Fiona Dowling, share bilingual stories, riddles, songs, and tricks for children in English and French. Suitable for children aged 4-10 years and all must be accompanied and supervised by an adult for the duration of the event. No previous experience of French is necessary. Places are limited and booking is essential. Please contact Dunleer Library on 041-6859016 to book your child's place. This event is being delivered as part of the EU Presidency Cultural Programme 2026.

Parent and Toddler Group: Dunleer Library is delighted to announce the start of our brand new Parent and Toddler Group every Thursday morning from 10:30am-12:00pm.A great opportunity to meet other parents and socialise babies and toddlers in our comfortable children's library. No need to book, just turn up on the day. All welcome to attend.
