Children's Irish Language Storytime: Be with us on Friday 24th July at 11.30am for children's storytime in Irish! We will explore magical adventures and fun characters through exciting tales. Suitable for ages 3-8, all are welcome to attend. This event is part of Summer Stars.

Peter Rabbit & Friends Storytime: We're celebrating 160 years of the incredible Beatrix Potter with a 'Peter Rabbit & Friends Storytime' on Saturday 25th July at 11.30am. Suitable for children aged 3-8. Contact the issue desk for booking. This event is part of Summer Stars.

Harry Potter Quiz: Calling all witches, wizards, house elves and hippogriffs! Are you smarter than an Auror? We're holding a quiz for all Hogwarts students to celebrate the Wizarding World of Harry Potter! Takes place Thursday 30th July at 3pm, teams of 4 children to a table, suitable for ages 7-12. Booking is essential, contact issue desk to save your spot.

'Just Write' - Adult Creative Writing Group: 1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month (2.30pm-4.00pm). New members welcome.

International Book Club: Is English your second language? Do you like to read fiction? Come and join the BRIGID Book Club for people whom English is a second language. They’re currently reading “Strange Sally Diamond” by Liz Nugent. Their next meeting will be on Thursday 4th December at 10.30am.

eServices Demonstration: Learn how to use our full suite of eServices with help from staff on the last Thursday of every month from 2.30pm - 3.30pm. These eServices can be found HERE
