Creative Writing Workshop with Valinora Troy: As part of Summer Stars, join us for a fantasy inspired Creative Writing Workshop session with local author Valinora Troy on Thursday 13th August at 12pm. Using a combination of instruction, collaboration and play, the workshop will cover the basics of creative writing: story structure, setting, character and theme. Suitable for children aged 8-12 years, booking is essential. Contact issue desk for booking.
Mobile Music School: Join the Mobile Music School for a musical Little Library Book Bag event! This fun-filled activity-based session explores the world of music-making and is aimed at children starting school this September. Back to School Storytime: Join us for a lovely afternoon of stories to get us all in the mood for going back to school! Suitable for ages 4-8yrs, takes place Thursday 20th August at 3.30pm. All are welcome to attend.
Father Ted Quiz: Test your "Ecumenical Matter" knowledge at our Father Ted quiz in Drogheda Library on Thursday, August 20th at 6.30pm! This quiz is for adults only and will be teams of 3-4 members.
