Multi-Cultural / Inter-Cultural Programme

The PEACEPLUS Multicultural / Intercultural Programme, being delivered by Culture Connect CLG, aims to deliver a Programme to 150 people over an 18-month period with a view to increase engagement in Multi-Cultural events with those from different cultural traditions and to increase awareness and understanding of and trust and respect for the different cultures and traditions through two projects, The “Around the World in 7 Days” Events and shared learning through creativity Programme with 20 hours of meaningful and purposeful engagement and through the multi-ethnic youth performance group and its 3 performances with 20 hours of meaningful and purposeful engagement

The launch event of the PEACEPLUS Multicultural / Intercultural Programme was held on the 12th of August 2026. The event outlined the importance of inter community dialogue and understanding and celebrated the positive effect this project will have on all communities across Co. Louth.
