Notice of Intention to Extinguish Public Right of Way

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Dundalk Town Council in pursuance of its

function under Section 73 of the Roads Act 1993, proposes as Local Authority for the administrative area of Dundalk, to consider making an order extinguishing the public right of way at:

The public open space located to the rear of 25 Drive II, Dundalk

A copy of map indicating the public right of way (coloured red) which it is proposed to extinguish, may be inspected from Wednesday 16^th June 2010 to Wednesday 14^th July 2010 (inclusive) in the Planning Section, Dundalk Town Council, Town Hall, Crowe Street, Dundalk.

Submissions or representations in relation to the proposed extinguishment of the public right of way may be submitted in writing to the undersigned at Dundalk Town Council, Town Hall, Crowe Street, Dundalk not later than Wednesday 28^th July 2010.  

Submissions may also be made online, through our website at www.louthcoco.ie/Econet.

It should be noted that persons making such representations or submissions may make a request, in writing to state their case at an oral hearing to be conducted by a person appointed by Dundalk Town Council for that purpose.
