What is the Creative Ireland Programme?

Creative Ireland is the Government's Legacy Programme for Ireland 2016 - a five year initiative, from 2017 to 2022, which places creativity at the centre of public policy.

What is the Creative Ireland Community Grant Fund?

The Louth Creative Ireland Community Grant Fund will provide support to local and community event organisers in the research, planning and delivery of creative projects that have the capacity to develop into the future.

For this grant fund we are focusing on two pillars:

  1. Enabling the creative potential of each child
  2. Enabling creativity in every community

There are two types of grant assistance available:

  1. Up to €500 for projects in development for 2021
  2. Grants of up to €5000 are available for projects that can be completed and delivered by 1st November 2020.

Applications must be received by Louth County Council by Friday 13th December at 5pm.
