Eligibility for Emergency Accommodation
An assessment on eligiblility for emergency services will be conducted when an individual presents at the homeless clinic. If deemed eligible for Homeless services they will be advised of the options available. Individuals presenting who are not originally from County Louth or have no connection to the County will be advised to return to the County of origin and present there.

Are you renting and at risk of loosing your home?
if you have received Notice to Quit, unable to pay rent or your landlord is selling/reacquiring the home please contact the homeless office on 1890 202303 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss options available to you.
Requirements for assessment
- Photo ID
- Any documentation received in relation to your assessment e.g. Notice to Quit
- Social Welfare/income payment
Presenting as Homeless under 18 years of age
Contact your local area Health office where you will be advised of your options.
Regional Homeless Action Plan

Louth County Council has been designated as the responsible authority for the preparation of a Regional Homelessness Action Plan as provided in Chapter 6 of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 2009.
A Regional Consultative Group for the region has been designated to oversee the preparation, implementation and review of action plans prepared.
