The Louth County Council Draft Car Park Bye-Laws 2019
The Members of Louth County Council propose to make Bye-Laws under Section 101 of the Road Traffic Act, 1961 as to the use of car parks provided by Louth County Council and for the purpose of specifying the classes of vehicles that may use the car parks, the charges to be made for such use, the periods for which vehicles may remain in the car park and to provide for the services of notices imposing fixed charges in accordance with section 3(2) (inserted by section 46 of the Road Traffic Act 2010) of the Local Authorities (Traffic Wardens) Act, 1975 . A copy of The Louth County Council Draft Car Park Bye-Laws 2019 will be available for public inspection during normal office hours at the offices of Louth County Council at the following locations from Tuesday 28th May, 2019 to Monday 1st July, 2019:
· County Hall, Millennium Centre, St. Alphonsus Road, Dundalk,
· Fair Street, Drogheda
· Town Hall, Dundalk and
· Ardee Civic Offices, Fair Green, Ardee.
A copy of the draft Bye-Laws may be purchased on payment of the prescribed fee of €7.
The Members of Louth County Council will consider any written submissions in relation to the Draft Bye-Laws which are made in writing addressed to the undersigned on or before Tuesday, 16th July, 2019.
