Notice Postal Voters Special 2020-2021

 POSTAL VOTERS LIST FOR ELECTORS WITH A PHYSICAL ILLNESS OR A PHYSICAL    DISABILITY

 You Can Vote By Post if You Have a Physical Illness or a Physical Disability, are Living at Home and are Unable to go to a Polling Station

 You may apply for entry on the postal voters list if you are living at home and are unable to go in person to vote at your polling station due to a physical illness or a physical disability which is likely to continue for the duration of the register of electors now being prepared (from 15 February 2020 to 14 February 2021).  A PV1 application form is required.

 

SPECIAL VOTERS LIST

 For Electors with a Physical Illness or a Physical Disability who are Living in a Hospital, Nursing Home or Similar Institution

 You Can Vote At Your Hospital, Nursing Home, Etc.

 You may apply for entry on the special voters list if you are living in a hospital, nursing home or similar institution and you are unable to go in person to vote at your polling station due to a physical illness or a physical disability which is likely to continue for the duration of the register of electors now being prepared (from 15 February 2020 to 14 February 2021).  An SV1 form is required.

 Application forms may be obtained at all Louth County Council Offices in Dundalk, Drogheda and Ardee or online at www.louthcoco.ie.

 You should complete the application in accordance with the notes on the back of the form and send the completed form to: Register of Electors, Louth County Council, County Hall, Millennium Centre, St Alphonsus Road, Dundalk, Co Louth. A91 KFW6

 

APPLICATIONS MUST RECEIVED BY 25 NOVEMBER 2019
