Compulsory Purchase Order, 2019
An Bord Pleanála on the 20th of November 2019 has confirmed that any objections to the above order were withdrawn. Louth County Council has now, on the 24th day of March 2020, made a refusal of confirmation order refusing the above-named compulsory purchase order as respects the land described in the Schedule hereto. The said order, as so confirmed, confirms the Louth County Council is not to acquire the said lands compulsorily for the purposes of the Housing Act, 1966. A copy of the orders as so confirmed and of the maps referred to in it may be seen at all reasonable hours at County Hall, Dundalk or Civic Office, Fair Street, Drogheda.
The orders, as so confirmed will become operative at the expiration of three weeks after the date of publication of this notice.
This Order may be cited as Ard Dealgan, Quay Street, Dundalk, Co. Louth Compulsory Purchase Order, 2019
