Bye Laws

Louth Local Authorities have the powers to make subsidary or local legislations in relation to certain functions. The following bye laws have been made by Dundalk Town council to date

Control of Skips Bye-Laws 2000		Created to regulate the placing of skips.
Bye-law for Regulating the use of Public Parks and Open Spaces in ownership or maintain by dundalk UDC		Created to regulate the use of all public parks and open spaces
Alcohol Bye-laws 2000		Created to regulate and prohibit the public consumption of alcohol
Car Park Bye-laws 2000		Created to manage the parking of vehicles in local authority car parks
Car Park Amendment Bye-laws 2001		To amend the earlier byelaws with regard to fees and time restriction on parking
Pay Parking Bye-laws 2000		Created to manage the on-street parking of vehicles
Pay Parking Amendment Bye-laws 2001		To amend the earlier byelaws with regard to fees
