Request to Undertake Works to Council House

Louth County Council provide three levels of maintenance to our stock. Initially a certain level of maintenance must be carried out by the Tenant. These are outlined in the Tenant Handbook.

The subsequent undergoing of maintenance are:

* Reactive
* Reaccurance
* Planned

All Tenants should ensure that their rent accounts are not in arrears or are in a payment plan.

If a tenant wants to undertake work to their rented house, they must first seek the approval of the Housing Authority.
