Road Closure-Windmill rd Drogheda

 

Louth County Council hereby gives notice of its decision to close;

 

Windmill Road (L1004-55) in Drogheda to vehicular traffic to facilitate a new watermain as part of the Water Conservation Project, Drogheda.

 

The extent of the road closure will be in 2no separate sections.

Section No1: will be from the junction of Bothar Brugha (L16651-66) to the junction of Anneville Crescent (L10041-172)

Section No2: will be from the junction of Anneville Crescent (L10041-172) to the junction of the Hospital Exit on Windmill Road.

 

The period of road closure will be from Tuesday 3rd October 9am to Friday 1st December 5pm.

Local and Hospital access to Windmill Road (L1004-55) and Anneville Crescent (L10041-172) will be maintained at all times.

 

Diversions will be in place via North Road (R132) and Cross Lane (R166)
