Provision of New Sustainable Garden and associated works at Blackrock Park, Sandy Lane, Blackrock, Co. Louth

Louth County Council hereby gives notice of the intention to seek to construct a Sustainable Garden and associated works at Blackrock Park, Sandy Lane, Blackrock, Co. Louth. The sustainable garden includes the provision of new lamp standards confined to a part of the park only, a street charging unit, an information panel and a power supply unit consisting of solar photo voltaic panels, a wind turbine and a battery. 

 

Plans and particulars of the proposed development may be inspected or purchased, at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, from Wednesday 07th November 2018 to Wednesday 05th December 2018, inclusive, during public opening hours at the following locations

  • Louth County Council, Millennium Centre, Dundalk, Co. Louth
  • Louth County Council, Town Hall, Crowe Street, Dundalk, Co. Louth  

 

Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, clearly markedSustainable Garden and associated works at Blackrock Park, Sandy Lane, Blackrock, Co. Louth’ may be made in writing to the undersigned at County Hall, Millennium Centre, Dundalk, Co. Louth, before 5.00pm on Wednesday 19th December 2018.
