'Leaders of the 1916 Rising', Art Exhibition by Carol Quinn Wallace. Ongoing throughout April.

Clayotic Workshop: Sat. April 2nd @ 11am. Suitable for ages 6+. Numbers strictly limited so please book at issue desk.

Celebrating International Children's Book Day with Dundalk Lithuanian Community: Sat. April 2nd at 1pm. A Lithuanian children's book collection will be unveiled in the library at 1pm. In conjunction with Europe Direct Information Centre at Dundalk Library.

European Storytime with Fiona Dowling: Tues. April 12th, 2 sessions for invited classes. In conjunction with Europe Direct Information Centre at Dundalk Library.

Paint Your Socks Workshop: Sat. April 16th @ 2pm with Dundalk Lithuanian Community. Suitable for ages 5+

Agri Kids Environmental Workshops: Wed. April 20th, 2 session for invited classes. In conjunction with Europe Direct Information Centre at Dundalk Library.

Poetry Ireland Day: Thursday April 28th. A reading of the Nation's Favourite Poems at 12 midday.

 

May Events:

The festival of Bealtaine is celebrated throughout the month of May, celebrating creativity in older age.

Nutrition and Well-Being Talk: Thur. May 5th @ 12.30pm. In conjunction with the Europe Direct Information Centre at Dundalk Library.

Spanish Language and Culture Classes: A four week course running each Thursday in May (5th, 12th, 19th & 26th) at 6pm-7.30pm. In conjunction with the Europe Direct Information Centre at Dundalk Library

Dundalk Memories, Music & Chat... A Morning with Harry Lee & Tony O'Kane: Friday, May 6th @ 11am.

Europe Day Radio Outside Broadcast with Dundalk FM: Tuesday, May 10th, 10am-12pm. In conjunction with the Europe Direct Information Centre at Dundalk Library.

Dundalk's Grumpy Old Men... Chat & Craic: Tuesday, May 10th @ 6.30pm.

European Myths & Fables: Wednesday, May 11th (for invited classes).

Interview Skills Workshop: Wed. May 18th at 3pm. Aimed at students and job seekers. In conjunction with the Europe Direct Information Centre at Dundalk Library.

Irish Language Group: Resuming January 4th 2016. Intermediate level - Every Tuesday at 4pm. Beginners - Every Wednesday at 4pm.

WiFi Access is available to current Library members. Renew your Library membership today and avail of free WiFi in Dundalk, Drogheda and Ardee Libraries as well as several hot spots in Dundalk Town Centre. Ask at issue desk for registration details and PIN no.
