Application forms and details for the above Scheme are now available to download below or from www.studentfinance.ie . If you think you are eligible for the grant, you should apply for it as soon as possible. The application process is now open. You do not have to wait until you receive an offer or enroll in college.
- Applications should be made to Louth County Council for Level 8 Honours degrees and Post graduate Courses i.e. Higher Diploma, Postgraduate Diploma, Masters Degree and Doctoral Degree.
- Applications for Post Leaving Certificate, Higher Certificate and Ordinary Bachelor Degree should be made to your local Vocational Education Committee

Special Clinics
Special clinics will be held from 2.00p.m. - 4.00p.m. from Monday 5th July, 2010 to Friday 16th July, 2010, to assist the public with the completion of application forms. |
The closing date for receipt of completed application forms is Tuesday 31st August, 2010. Louth County Council will consider applications after this date at its own discretion.

These downloadable form(s) must be printed down in full, completed, signed and returned by post to the relevant awarding authority with the relevant supporting documentary evidence.
Please note that Louth County Council only deal with Level 8 courses and upwards. If it is a Level 5, 6 or 7 course you should forward your application to the relevant VEC. If you forward your application to the incorrect Authority this will result in a delay, possibly months, of your application being processed and your grant/fees being paid.
