Temporary Closure of Williamson's Place, Dundalk
Please note that, under Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993 and Part 8 of the Roads Regulations 1994, the above road will be temporarily closed.
The closure is necessary to facilitate the provision of a new water main & associated services, the construction of new footpaths and re-surfacing of the roadway.
The following provisions shall apply:
1. Williamson’s Place will be closed to all vehicular traffic from its junction with Park St for its entire length and there will be no vehicular access to Williamson’s Place from Park St for the duration of the closure.
2. The closure will occur for five weeks from Wednesday 22nd August to Friday 28th September 2012.
3. It is intended that adequate pedestrian access will be maintained for residents of Williamson’s Place and to businesses located on the street.
