Please find attached an information sheet on the Register of Electors, it includes information on eligibility for voting, key dates, details on Postal & Special Voters and the Supplementary Register.
The key dates to be aware of are:

It is important to check the Electoral Register every year to make sure you are registered to vote. You can do this online at www.checktheregister.ie or at Louth County Council, Drogheda Borough Council, Dundalk Town Council, Ardee Town Council, post offices, Garda stations and public libraries.
Your assistance in circulating this information will help ensure awareness. In particular, if you know of anyone who may be eligible to apply for a Postal or Special Vote please bring this to their attention.
