Proposed Extinguishment of Public Right-of-Way in the town land of Killineer.

 

In accordance with Section 73 of the Roads Act, 1993 Louth County Council proposes to extinguish the existing public right of way over a section of Road No. LT-23083-0 between a point 40 metres south of it’s junction with the Regional Road R132 (Papal Monument) and a point 256 metres south of said junction.

 

 A map showing the section of the road over which it is proposed to extinguish the public right of way may be inspected during normal office hours at the Louth County Council, County Hall, Dundalk during the period commencing on the 13th October, 2010 and ending the 12th November 2010. Objections/ representations may be made in writing to the undersigned by 4.00 pm on Friday, 26th November 2010.

Any person making such objections/representations may also make a request in writing to state their case at an oral hearing conducted by a person appointed by the Council for the purpose.

The Council, if it considers it appropriate, may afford a person who makes a request as above the opportunity to state their case at an oral hearing.
